DEMAND FOR A REFUND

I have a terrible experience with The Tracing Group that made me pay an amount of R2500 for a false information they provided to me. I app**** for a tracing service from them to trace my debtor/tenant to attend a tribunal case at the Department of Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs in Pretoria for failing to pay the money they owed me for water and electricity that they consumed whilst renting my house for a period of a year. They demanded payment of the above amount before they could give me the address of my debtor which turned to be a wrong address. This was discovered by the sheriff sent by the Tshwane Metropolitan office to deliver the notice to my debtor to attend the hearing as they found different people residing at the house, resulting in the hearing not taking place. Subsequently I sent four email to the tracing group demanding a refund of my money as they failed to deliver the service I bought from them. I hereby still await a refund of my money.
