Refusal to refund
Towbars group Paarden Eiland (Section Street)
Absolutely poor service, came recommended. They replaced a towbar coupling . Accidentally my card was debited for R120 more. They promised to refund via accounts dep. It's now a month and a half since I was there, no refund. I sent messages, no response. Clearly they value R120 over their reputation. I will share my experience with everyone I know incl the 4x4 fraternity. DONT use them.

They responded to a Google review requesting me to email them with details.
Surprise surprise, no response to the email just a pretense trying to show they will sort it out.
I will continously share my bad experience even though it's only R120
