TOWBAR EXPERTS ****** - STAY AWAY

The Towbar Experts promised us the tow bar we purchased was compliant with Chery's warranty specifications. We purchased the towbar only to find out this was not the case.

The towbar experts **** to us on whats app with several days correspondence, stating it was compliant with Chery.

They now refuse to refund us for the towbar even though we informed them within 7 days in accordance with the consumer protection act, that we wish to return the goods.

The Tow bar was in its original packaging, and untouched, yet they still refuse to refund us.

Please do not use the Towbar experts they are a *****ulent company!!!

They are informing customers *****ulently and acting against the LAW IN SOUTH AFRICA! STAY AWAY FROM THESE ******!!!
