Service is absolutely terrible. Bought 3 tools, delivery suppose to be within 5-7 workdays, 2 items were delivered eventually after 8½ months and hundreds of phone calls, excuses and promises. 3rd item still not received after nearly 12 months since purchase. Request for refund on the 3rd item got virtually no response, no refund or reply received to date.
