Stuyvesant Double Cool

British Tobacco Peter Stuyvesant Double cool evolve......what a joke, after waiting all these months for my favourite brand to be back on the shelves, WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!! NOT JUST TO ME, BUT 3 OF MY FAMILY MEMBERS AS WELL. This is the brand we smoked since it was launched in CT. After lockdown, I am on my third carton and low and behold, half of them already popped or they all menthol. I do not smoke menthol at all but the cigarette itself is the best for me on the market now but I think I have to change my brand once more. What have you done?? Tried a new method with it or just decided to hell with our clients, they will smoke what we give. I have given away about two cartons from the three which is money wasting. Menthol is horrible!!! Why is this happening and it has never happened before lockdown? My family is experiencing the same so I cannot be wrong about it. Will this be the norm? If so, I will have to change my brand. We all working short time and to waste money like that, is not worth it. Replacing my two cartons with one packet will not also do. Please advise how you will reimburse me for money spent on junk????? NOT A HAPPY SMOKER AT THIS TIME!!!!
