TOAD IN THE VILLAGE - POOR SERVICE

To whom it may concern,

Never have I been so appalled by such poor service The Toad has to offer!

I went to get some food at the Toad on Saturday with my partner, and it wasn’t that busy for a regular Saturday.

I had to go and find a waitron to assist me with my order and when I found her, I made it clear what my order was and waited.

Half an hour passed and I then went to go look for my waitron and could not find her, I then approached the floor manager who had the audacity to LIE and say another manager didn’t put the order through. NO APOLOGY, NO COMPENSATION he just said he will put it through if we are willing to wait.

Hey Bob, I’ll never put my foot in your **** pub again, and I WILL ensure that your place is NOT recommended for your ATROCIOUS SERVICE.

You have your management to blame for this.
