Bad service

Good Evening,

I hope you are well.

I however am not well at all, if anything I am dismally disappointed and upset.

I booked 2 rooms via the website at The Time and Place in Durban. We were showed our rooms upon arrival and we settled.

Just as we were relaxed, we were suddenly rudely discarded out of our rooms and placed in what looked like the backpackers rooms.

At this point I am regretting booking via the website. I am here with my family and to see them treated so bad and disrespected doesn’t sit well with me.
