Still waiting for refund after 6 weeks

Tickets were booked in November 2015 for rugby match in February 2016; I was informed that I would expect the tickets to arrive 7-10days before the match. I chased on a couple of occasions and was informed that these had been posted. 48hours prior to the event (04.02.2016) Angela emailed me to inform that all tickets had been revoked and I was receive a full refund. I have had to chase the company 8 times and despite numerous promises (08.02.2016, 24.02.3016, 03.03.2016, 03.03.2016) of a refund this has never been given. I have emailed the company and each time they have ignored all but one email.
