Disgusted

I ordered tickets for the Hong Kong rugby sevens on the 8th November 2015, the event was taking place on the 8-10th April 2016 so plenty of times for the tickets to arrive! I paid ?660 for 2 tickets and postage fee. I also booked flights and hotels just for this event. I started chasing the tickets about 3 weeks before the event and could not get a reply to my emails, you cannot get through on the telephone either. I eventually got a reply from Ian to ask if there was an address in HK where they could deliver my tickets to as they said the tickets were with their HK Agent, Ian assured me he would let me know when they had been delivered. The day before I was due to fly I chased again, this time I got a reply from Angela to say that they were sending me a refund due to the supplier not sticking to the terms. Needless to say I am still waiting for the refund. Do not order anything from this company.
