I asked them to rebuild a Bridge and Deck leading to my pool. Quote was done, deposit paid and then the trouble started. <br> The guys pitched up when they wanted - usually when it was raining - I think it was because they were busy on another site and only came when they could not work on the other site. <br> They would work 1 day and I would not see or hear from them for days until a follow up was made. They then would be onsite the next day.<br> A 2 week project has turned into a 2 month project and the quality is terrible. <br> They have not been back to site despite my numerous requests... <br> What he quoted and showed me pictures of is not what was installed. <br> The wood he installed is second-hand. Cracked. Structural support is almost non existing. <br> <br> I am worse off with the \new"then what I had existing. <br> <br> PLEASE.. FOR YOUR OWN PEACE OF MIND: DO NOT USE THEM!!!"""
