Bulk booking disappointment

Group bookings of 15+ has a minimum spend of R220 per head plus a 50% deposit....however nothing on their website says this only when you phone to book. Terrible service when I tried to ask for management to query and complain. Most restaurants just had a 10% service fee and not all this other stipulations....very disappointed as we must now move our function as each person is paying for their own meal......
