Specials: Deception

Yesterday I took my visiting friend from Cape Town to The Terrace for coffee. Upon arriving, the specials of the day were displayed as follows: <br> <br> Red Velvet Cake<br> Malva Pudding<br> @ R18-50<br> <br> We both ordered the Red Velvet Cake special from the waitress, but when I received the bill, I was charged the normal price of R27-50 per slice. When I took it up with the waitress to find out what was going on, I was told that it was a mistake and that the Red Velvet Cake was not supposed to have been on special. I did not want to make a scene in front of my friend, but I am NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!! They should have given me the cake at the special price, as it was advertised as a special. I want answers please!
