The tech and gadget shop u wont regret using them ever i do give my word for it.

I bought a 6.2kva inverter and 6,2kwh lithuim ion battery by The tech and gadget store,at the start i did fear getting ****med cause i found them by accident but there prices was really fair so i took the risk and eft them over R40,000.With in minutes i got email that my order is placed and as soon as funds is available my order is on the way,The next day they mailed me to confirm payment was recieved and my order is already on its way(can u believe there still company's that do what they suppose to do).After 2 days i did recieve my order and i did get what i paid for. I did get an installer to install it for me but they said i need pay R20,000 because of brackets for roof,rails,wire and stuff and for me it was too much.So i took a chance and used The tech and gadget store's Technical help desk on there website. I spoke to Shane and he said its a crazy amount and suggested i must do it myself. I dont know anything about power but he said he will assist me over whatsapp ever step of the way.

Then The tech and gadget shop did supply me all the consumables For R6000 and other guys wanted R20,000 excl labour its crazy.

And So Shane did what he said he will do and i installed my complete solar system myself for free thanks to Shaun,this guys is amazing he did assist me so ****** good that he advised me to get any electrician to come check it cause by law i need i coc cert so i called them and they did give me one after inspecting the job.They where suprised on the quality of products and all safety regulations was followed and National standards.

Thank u so much Shane and The tech and gadget store you guys are so ****** willing to assist and always friendy even on a Sunday evening they were answering there whatsapp helpdesk i not once waited more then 5 min for response from them and i saved more than R35,000 because of them ******* guys i never in my life recieved service like this,i felt on top the world.

The about 2 months passed i they stole my solar panels on my roof so i contacted The tech and gadget store again,and within 6 days my panel was installer plus a full Paradox alarm system that Shaun did pre-setup and programmed all i had to to is mount everthing and its working 100% until date. So did ask Shane how is it possable that he knows all these electronic things so good that everthing is working problem free and he was never on premises,he reply that he was a Electronic Technician For 30 years of his life and he got caught in between security and armed ******s and was shot in his leg and they had to amputate it,so thats why he started The tech and gadget store he cant be a technician any more.

He said he can provide technical backup on everything he sells in the store and thats the only thing that define him from all other online stores because no one have that support online whatsoever. Conclusion is that i got the service,honest advice,always felt i got i fair deal,and he does what he says he do. Well Shane you earned my respect and ill forever support u and i hope you find success in life and all this from a person that cant even walk.
