Poor Customer Service

I have used Helderberg Tax Shop for a number of years now and their service stinks. They take weeks to answer emails, are short with you and some of the staff ignore general questions that do not make them "money". The fact that they do not invest in friendly service or even go the extra mile is why I have moved to a new accounting practice.
