Disappointed

<p>I have made use of the Tax Shop Rustenburg since 2011. I was a very happy client untill last year September 2016 when I have found out the the tax shop rustenburg has been taken over by new owners. In the beginning I was assisted by a wonderful lady with the name Cindy she had helped me very nice. I went to the tax shop to go and see Cindy regarding work that she was still busy with and to my surprise she told me that she had resigned but I will still get my service from another lady Lenata. I went ther about a month ago to go and meet with this lady and let me tell you I was and still is very disappointed in the service of the tax shop. When I came to the reseption there was no one there to assist me then the lady came from the back were she was having a smoke break, she wasn't very friendly so I just left it not saying anything and just asked if I can see Lenata. When I met the lady she couldn't stop talking bad about Cindy and the previous owner, the lady that is sitting with her in the office, I don't know her name but she also said very ugly things about that two lady's. When i asked her to get my documents so that we can see what is going on her word were sorry but we don't know were your documents is but I will look for them and then only she can give me feedback, ( she didn't even went to go and look for my file, just saying Cindy worked with it, but according to my knowledge when that person how worked with it is no longer ther then it is the new persons responsibility to make sure everything is in order when a clinet comes and see you) I told her ok that fine and I stood up and greered her and left the office.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have to say that there office was not clean and also smeld like they were smoking in the offices. I can't believe that the new owners of the Tax Shop Rustenburg is so unprofessional. I will not recommend any one to go there to do there companies work or even there personal tax affairs there, I will find myself a new bookkeeper that will be more professional and that will be more gratefull for my work and money.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please the clients that is with the Tax Shop Rustenburg please go and find other bookkeepers that will treat you with respect.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
