I went for my dentist appointment a month and a half ago and stumbled across The Tax Shop Accounts as they were in the same building. I have had trouble with SARS for a while and thought to speak to them and see if they would be able to assist me. I sat down and spoke with the account who was there and gave him all of my information, not only did he sort out all of my problems I had with SARS he also did my tax for 2019 and told me that I was being Audited but that he will take care of it. He told me the cost for his services and helped me with the card payment and I left. Even though I have not been back there since Renier (the Account who was assisting me) went out of his way to call me almost everyday to keep me updated on everything. I received my refund yesterday and I never thought SARS would pay me the amount I got. I will without a doubt return to the Tax Shop every year from now and I will use Renier each time he did a wonderful job for me.
