They don't care about students
I was a student enrolled for a certificate in taxation i failed my 1st term partly due to me but also due to them and their lack of attention. I mean I clearly indicted that I was brand new to tax as a profession or subject but they never answered my stupid questions so I was unsure all the time but my fees were paid. I have since deregistered because R30000 is a lot to waste

24 Oct 2019, 14:44We at TTF believe in going the extra mile for our students, and so we offered you the opportunity to retake the semester at no additional cost. You accepted this opportunity, however, when the first assignments were due you requested to deregister due to the pressure. We’re saddened to see you go.

24 Oct 2019, 18:11The opportunity to retake the exam was never said to be "free" because I asked via e-mail and numerous telephonic attempts to get through to you but the phone went unanswered. I paid the R450 and I enquired to one of the ladies if I would have to pay the R1600 or would it be deducted and guess what? No reply, so there was no ways I was going to continue with my studies not knowing where I stood financially with the institute. I sent an e-mail about the fees and was asked for proof of payments which I said I paid from different accounts and Lerato had said to use my name and surname. I then advices the new lady who took over Lerato's role to check his mail i would send him POP's. Guys please go through my e-mails and see that nowhere did it say "free or discounted" nothing of that nature otherwise I wouldn't have deregistered because I needed this certificate. I resigned from my job as I saw that it got in the way of my studies (said this to Lerato) as a sign of my commitment to the course. Honestly I am very disappointed and am looking for another institute to redo the certificate and hopefully have questions answered within 24hours atleast.
