Stay away. They take your money and deliver nothing

I booked one of the CPD courses for which you pay monthly. Since the start my account was suspended and has been for the last 5 months. They have been taking the debit order every month but still it is suspended and I can't get any value for my money. I have requested on several occasions from the accounts department to have it fixed only to be told that they can't find anything wrong on my account and will escalate it to the IT department, but still it remains suspended.
