Bad service at The Tasting Room Waterkloof.

Our experience with this restaurant was very bad. On 5th September we had a table booked for 10h00, we were 10 adults, all ordered the same basic breakfast(the R35 one), we only got our food at 11h30. At least the breakfast was very nice. There is no cold drinks on the menu for the kids. Please do something about this, the coffees is so small of which I understand but please for the people that does not want to drink coffee or do not want to pay R60 for a small hot chocolate for the children, We even had to wait a very long time for some of the drinks. I am not one to really complain but this was not good at all. If you are not prepared for big (although 10 people is not that big) bookings please do not accept it for that time of the morning or maybe allocate 2 waiters to the table, not only 1. Thank you.
