Inedible cake from The Tart

I am extremely disappointed with the goods I fetched on Friday. <br> Let me start of by saying I have eaten 3 cakes from the Tart and all 3 have been delicious! Hence I ordered this cake from you. The other 3 were not novelty cakes however. <br> <br> My dissatisfaction was due to the following:<br> 1) I have sent through a picture of the inside of the cake. The ball portion was extremely dense and actually under cooked in areas. <br> 2) The picture I sent was of a round ball yet this cake was only half a ball. If you could not make a full round ball, you should have declined this order.<br> 3) The cupcakes were as hard as rocks.<br> <br> My complaint is as follows:<br> 1) The cake I got was not per the pictures I sent.<br> 2) The cake was inedible and had to be thrown away.<br> 3) I wasted R600!<br> <br> Again, I have eaten from The Tart before and am highly disappointed in the goods I collected. It was a bad reflection on you and a complete waste of my money.
