Water safety ... what nonsense??

<p>I enrolled my child at the tadpole swimming Academy in brakpan. I have never in my life wasted so much money. My child not only has not progressed but my child has not learnt to swim</p> <p> </p> <p>My child's head was dunked under the water. This is not safety this is rude and absurd </p> <p> </p>
