Terrible client service, unprofessional and rude

<p>I never use my time and energy on negative feedback and usually only praise the people who does a great job. I recently had to make use of the swimming pool business as the previous owners made us of them for pool maintenance. The lady that assisted during the problematic pool process was blatantly sarcastic and mocking. She could never clearly inform us what was wrong with the pool. Not showing the s****s required to maintain a pool. She made comments while she was on my property thinking I didn't hear. Generally very unprofessional manner with clients. She popped in and out as fast as she could. Luckily it is over now and I never have to make use of their services </p>
