The sweatshop sells poor quality running shoes

I bought running shoes and within 1,5 week they were worn out. I returned the shoes and was given a new pair but the same thing happened after 11/2 week. I again went to back to the shop but Craig sent me up and down telling me to contact the shoes manufacturers and refused to reimburse me. First he said he need a receipt when I produced it he said I must speak to the manufacturer
