Online delivery not arrived

This is because my The Sweat Shop online order still hasn't arrived after almost a week after it being picked up by the delivery company on the 1st day I ordered.

I don't receive responses from The Sweat Shop to my mails about their delivery company and also their delivery company, Fastway, (which I will write another review on - shocking to say the least) are useless, not sure how they think they can be called a deliver company! I'm surprised The Sweat Shop use such a bad company.
