Birthday lunch

I had made a booking for my daughter’s birthday party and even paid a booking fee. ( all services were booked for well in advance) When we got there there was no sett up , no seating , no decor , and the requested menus weren’t there . I wanted these services as I had payed for them. The order was taken an hour after arrival and did not even taste as we were told it would. By the time the food arrived it was dinner . There was no light at our table and we couldn’t even see the food. This was an extremely unpleasant and unprofessional experience. They ruined my daughter’s birthday.
