Terrible customer service

I took my sister to have a wash cut and set at the stylist hair salon in malvern today. The lady who cut her hair looked sick enough to be in hospital and could not even walk properly. She made a mess of her hair and the owner chantel firstly did not apologise or even attempt to fix their mistake. She said she was too busy with other clients. We then left without paying and she could not care less. Such a cavalier attitude. Do not visit this salon their attitude stinks and the service is bad. I can set hair better in my own house. Wat a circus. Sis on u.
