DAMAGED HAIR

I made an appointment 13th Feb with my hairdresser to do the Ombre on my hair for a wedding. She did explain that the ends will not come out blonde as I had some red in my hair. Fine. The final result was a copper colour. This cost me R600.00. After the first wash (2 days later) I realised how damaged my hair was. Dry & brittle. I informed Lana of this & she was prepared to fix it for a further R640.00. I told her I could not afford that right now. Sent her another message expressing my disappointment and she chose to ignore me. I am going on holiday next week and would really like my hair to be sorted. Hope you can assist.
