NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AVAILABLE

I have registered with The StudyCloud after a rep came to a church service advertising the online school South African curriculum. [URL Removed] / [URL Removed] I was very impressed with the web page and curriculum set up and registered my two children relieved to have finally found affordable education. I paid, received little but acceptable service the first year. But now this year there is no service at all. My older child has to write her Matric next year and I cannot get through to anyone, phone calls remain unanswered (***), most emails [Email Removed] / [Email Removed] ignored and appointments, when I finally got one was forgotten (Nikhyle Dasarath simply did not keep the appointment said he forgot. I accepted his apology, but now he ignores me when I send reminders requesting for a new appointment).<br> <br> I am in distrait about this because this concerns my children education, especially because I cannot afford mainstream education.
