Bosses Outburst

In an attempt since June 2015 to communicate issues we are continuously having with their program, Mr Dasarath continues to, cancels appointments, phone calls are unanswered, and e-mails ignored. finally I got get an appointment, felt hopeful and excited about developments, but 2 months later, nothing has changed. In a friendly attempt to phone Mr Mohammed Osman, the owner, as Mr Dasarath and Faziela were both once again not answering e-mails or phones, I hardly said my name when Mr Osman's aggressive communication took me by surprise, contradicting what I was assured of in a meeting. At 7:45pm I get a phone call from Faziela after Mr Osman's rude outburst, apologizing on his behalf and asked to please be patient reassuring me how important my children's education is to The StudyCloud. She said she would give me a call on Tuesday past in order to confirm that the issues with the program would be sorted and again that my children would be assure of a accredited matriculation. Again, she never called back! Clearly children's education mean nothing to The StudyCloud. I have done all in my power to be supportive, patient and communicate to no avail what so ever. Nothing has changed!
