Requsting for the refund ASAP

I have app**** and paid in advance but due to south cape failed to send me acceptance letter i was not able to attend the first semester, i feel extremely disappointed in the way this matter was dealt with and it is unacceptable. And then i asked for the refund from student hub , they sent me a refund form, i then fill it in and send it back to them since then i haven't heard back from them. I phoned the reception and asked to be transferred to the account department, the lady told me that there's no one at the department, i should leave my name and contact details a lady called Bongi is going to phone me back. I did as i was told and i never got a call from them. Please help as they still need to refund me the amount of R3790. 00 The studenthub contact is ***
