Refund still not paid, after 4 months of running after them them

A bunch of unruly ********, who wouldn't refund me my money!!! Their agents are quick to take our money and missell their products. This company is Non-compliant!! When I call them, I am not getting any answers. Their administrative skills are a real joke, as well as their finance team, customer service, Complaint department
