Poor service at The Student hub

The most unprofessional and unreliable company ever. They have not refunded my money R7880 after one of their consultants was supposed process my registration and then he failed. I lost a year of studying due to the poor service and he has promised so many times to ensure that my money is refunded after so many months I have not been refunded. I have spoken to Clement who was supposed to process my registration but failed. Then Bongiwe whom I have sent all the refund request documents to and is now ignoring my emails and my calls. Then Sindi who said she will talk to finance and to date I have not received my refund. Last conversation with Clement he promised to get the manager to contact me but to date I have not received any communication from the manager.
