Delivery service is terrible

<p>I ordered a book a week ago and still haven't received it, there's no communication from staff to send out apology. I wouldn't even recommend them even though their books in affordable, will rather spend more money for better service. They been having problems with their landline since last month and just keep on saying they restructing. It's not good enough.</p>
