Great service

I had such a delema last week with my overlockers and need them urgently looked at. I didn't really want to go back to them because of my previous experience but I had no other option. Luckily the new technician was on duty Saturday and Jolene asked him to get them done asap. They were so helpful and understood my urgency. I'm happy I went back.
