Poor services

I am very dissappointed at this company. I order grade 1 textbooks online on their website in early january. The reachout to me and saying the habe many delivery they cant deliver i should bank my banking details they will refund me my money back the send to a receipt the with the order number that they have refund the money. I never had any problem with all that. But since then i have been waiting for the refund nothing there nothing ij my bank the are claiming they have refunded the money. I have send to them my bank statement and they say the will resolve the matter but even now im still in dark as the are not resolving the matter or the are just ****ing people i dont know but the game the are playing is very stupid😮💨
