******, Cheated , *****ed, Insulted and useless individuals

I went to Dube Village Mall on the 17.01.2018 around 13:45 found guys wearing black and white. They were marketing deals for different cellphone networks. I was convinced into joining a Vodacom one where I had to pay R200 and I did. I was then given 3 Vodacom starter packs which I had to use then my deal will automatically kick in on my cellphone. I did as instructed but the deal didn't come through. I sent someone to enquire for me but I was told no there must be a problem coz even on tv they were complaining about network problems. They will make sure it's sorted by end of the day on the 18 January. It didn't. I then sent someone again on the 19th was told to come personally but I felt no I can't spend so much petrol because of their incompetence. I then decided to go on the 24th which was another bad move. I was told the deal didn't come through because I was initially supposed to be given 3 mtn starter packs then it's going to come through. I inserted the 1st sim card of mtn I get a message that it's not Rica compliant. I don't know what to do anymore. The thing is these consultants don't work in mall so everytime you go there you find a different person. So there Must be a brief of some sort. From their head office to rob us and disappear. I just want my R200 back.
