Simply poor delivery and bad attitude

<p>I have a subscription with the Star for the Sa****ay Star as well as the weekday Star. Deilveries are not consitant and when you log a call, you get no reference numberetc and while they claim they have logged it and will give you a credit, they simply do not. This is ****************.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have phoned on numerous times asking for the manager and they simply cannot get hold of a manager. Safia Fyzoo promises you the world, but do not deliver.
