Bad Attituted n Service

There is a Lebo(The Star Marketing Dept for Competitions) that called me on Monday the 26 Jan,he told me that I had won a Voucher for the Competition that I had entered on Sat. he then said that he said Forwarded my details to the relevant Company and that they would call me n he dropped the fone,Noting was xplained bout when will these people call me by and also wat I should do if they don't call,i then called him the following day to ask as when will this company call me by,he got irritated,sounded bored n impatient and started shouting that they will call me ,I was shocked and disgusted by his manner,Today being Tjhursday I called him again to tell him n ask who exactly is suppose to call me n by when,he just started arguing n being rude with me again,im very disgusted n shocked by this type of service.
