The Squared Experience par excellence!!!!

OH MY GOSH guys!!! These two chefs are a phenomenon! I was invited to a private dining experience at a friend's home where two chefs from The Squared Experience were not only cooking, but creating this entire experience! We're talking twinkly lights, candles, music, the whole thing. Truly, they are phenomenal! I had to ask them the names of the dishes they served as I had not experienced anything quite that delicious in my 44 years. So here it is, be sure to ask for this on your private menu when you make your booking. Starters: Beets & Citrus Salad. Mains: Coffee Crusted Fillet, Vanilla Mash, Mustard Gastrique (which I have since learned how to pronounce!) and Beef Jus, with Summer Veg. Now for dessert, please please, you HAVE TO TRY THIS: Textures of Chocolate. If I could post pics, you would want to dive into this thing! 5 textures of chocolate in such fantastic flavors that I guarantee you will order as a STARTER next time!
