Money's Owed

Deposit refund delay for seven months. Gave five month's notice in advance before the event. Constantly having to follow up (cancelation within T&C's). Unfortunately at times, no comms with regards to the above mentioned. Hoping for the matter to be resolved soon. The owner does not commit to his word. We are being ignored. A portion of the money is still owed to us!
