******* into securing a sale!

I hired this pest control company on the 12 January, I was quoted R860 which I payed the very same day and sent them a proof of payment immdediately after they were done. Today they called me asking for a payment of R1350, this includes a follow up fee of about R490 that I was Never! Told that I am liable for! I sent them a proof of payment again today for the R860 as they kept saying they never recieved it. What I am getting from all of this is that it seems the lady that was assisting was " conventiently" not telling me about any follow up fees so that a sale can be secured! I am very dissipointed with the poor service I recieved from this company especially the fact that I was purposely miss informed and the fact that according to them I didn't even make the first payment even though proof of payment was sent!
