Unsafe Pickup Truck Supp**** – No Resolution

I rented a 1‑ton drop‑side pickup on 4 September 2026, and I was appalled by the condition of the vehicle supp****. It had no rear‑view mirror, and the steering wheel was badly worn and deteriorating, as shown in the attached photos.

I raised the issue on the same day, and Leigh acknowledged my email and advised that the complaint would be escalated. However, no further feedback was received, and I was still debited for the full rental amount.

This level of service is completely unacceptable.
