SPARTAN BOOK A BAKKIE NOT SO PLEASANT

Vehicle booked and paid 19/11/21 Deal cancelled as our drivers licence expired. Within 1 hour of that , I emailed bank details for refund . Was informed refund will only be processed 23/11/21. Today is the 24/11/21...after many calls and emails a manager , Viloshni , informs me that it was the MD birthday and refunds were not processed. Refund is now done today 24/11/21 and I should wait for payment to reflect as it's coming from Absa and We are Capitec .The audacity .You pay me late and don't even clear funds.The wait on Absa to Capitec us 2-3days ....This is outrageous. A HUGHE ORGANIZATION HAS NO STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES TO REFUND CLIENTS OR DO THEY AND ACCUMULATE INTEREST ...YOU ARE AT THEIR MERCY ONCE THEY HAVE UR MONEY
