BEING TREATED UNFAIRLY

almost 6 months ago, the driver of a spartan truck hire bakkie and trailer damaged my car because he wanted to cut in front of me into a lane that he was not authorized to turn into. i submitted a 3rd party claim to the company spartan truck hire and their insurer guardrisk and broker price forbes who is being assisted by vfv attorneys to handle their 3rd party claims. it was discovered that the claim must be settled directly by spartan truck hire because their excess exceeded the claim amount, 6 months later they are still giving me the run around to repair my vehicle which is not even 2 years old. i am disgusted at the treatment i have been receiving, if i don't call, they don't care to follow up.
