Disgusting service from a clothing store

On Saturday , 09/03/2024 I went to The space clothing store in Pavillion, Durban to exchange 2 items for another size. THE MANAGER of the store was extremely rude to my mother and I about the exchanges we wanted to make. She made false accusations and assumptions claiming that we stained the garments , we washed the garments and made the garments smell like armpits and perfume. She said that we used the garments and removed the tags. Thereafter she stated we attached the tags back on to the dress and we want to exchange damaged clothing. The manager was screaming and fighting with us. My mother suffers with a heart condition and she is in a Wheelchair. Knowing this and seeing that my mom is in the wheelchair , the manager still carried on screaming at my mother and I in the store and passing remarks to us in isizulu and making fun of us. She also indirectly threatened us and refused to do any exchanges. No customer deserves this type of service. It is absolutely disgusting that the store hired a manager like that to run the store. She also refused to give her name.
