<p>Good Day</p> <p> </p> <p>I bought a Spa voucher off daddies deal on the 24th of February of 2017 ,the service there was great got my voucher on time after I’ve made payments .</p> <p>However to my disappointment on the 17th of March 2017 I decided to book my appointment at Fairways Health and Beauty IN La Lucia Durban</p> <p>On their contact number “ ********** / ********** ” as given on the voucher “</p> <p>The lady I spoke to made an appointment 15:00 instead of 15:30pm ,but that was the issue the issue and problem was the lady I spoke to said I must not go to the address printed on the voucher which is “Fairways Health & Beauty 127 Forest Drive La Lucia Umhlanga South Africa but instead must go to 22 The Promenade, Durban North , when we got there it was not a Spa but instead someone’s else resident and tried calling the Fairways health and Beauty spa but to my surprise they were not responding to any of my calls,I even tried calling them from a landline number but still no avail</p> <p> </p> <p>I’m really disappointed as ive always used Daddies deal before and it’s the first time ive ever come across such ********** on Daddies deal ,ive been trying ever since to contact the Spa but ive never had any joy with getting hold of them at all</p> <p> </p> <p>The reason I’m writing this is to get my refund for the voucher purchased,please assist</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards,</p> <p>Mandisa</p> <p> </p>
