Poor service- potholes are worse

<p>On the 07 March i logged an email complaint with JRA, after being sent pillar to post via telephone.</p> <p> </p> <p>finally received a response via email, referring a certain Vusi Mtshali to quote "</p> <p><strong>Dear Vusi</strong></p> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>Your assistance is requested in the following matter.</strong></p> <p><strong>Please find below for your consideration.</strong></p> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>Thank you for your assistance.</strong></p> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>Kind regards,</strong></p> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>Private Office of the Executive Mayor</strong></p> <p><strong>City of Johannesburg "</strong></p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>waited until up until 13th March, when i received another email <strong>" Morning value customer </strong><br /> <br /><strong> Your Ref number is ********** 127 </strong><br /> <br /><strong> Regards "</strong></p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>it's now the 31.03.2017 and still Swallow crescent road and Legodi street in ebony park ext2 are not fixed.</p> <p> </p> <p>can someone tell me how come your failing to do your jobs , whether you don't have a contractor is not my problem, we pay our rates and taxes. May i get someone from the JRA office and tell me on whih day you will be fixing the potholes that have turned into sinkholes.</p> <p> </p> <p>i doubt you will repay our community for damaged tyres because of your departments lack to do its job. </p> <p> </p>
