on the 5 of March 2016, I went to Bloemfontein for business, at the N1 Vaal Mainline the e-toll disc deduct the same amount I paid cash, at the entrance point, I contact the N1 toll gate call centre to refund me and also to send the proof that I paid cash, Sanral, don't want to refund due to the delay at the N1 Vaal tollgate staff, not responding to all my e-mails and telephonically calls.<br> Double Payment at entrance N1 Vaal Toll Gate
