catch a wake up roads department durban

I live in bonela durban there are 2 roads tait place & bonela close separated by a small bank.... the municipality put a small pathway due to people on wheelchair that is very good but then all private vehicles use this as a free toll road & taxis as well & to top it off they don't give pedestrians a chance first they think that is a short cut .... numerous complaint to the councillor nothing has been done. I can't blame the councillor anymore as he e-mailed me letters to the municipality but these idiots are clearly not bothered about humans in this area ... today right in front of me at about 14:30 a child was almost knocked down by a speeding taxi using this so called free toll .... we as residents want municipality to put concrete stamps but nothing is happening even i sent an email to eservices ..... so when a disaster happens then these pathetic idiots get up from there backside and smell the coffee
