bad customer service

<p>i went to SA High Commission for help trying to send the information about the co which offered me a job in UK , i was trying hard to give them information of the email but it took them long time just to search and verify if the information if it was valid or not since i cannot just immigrate without valid visa but and i had to ask for the information yet i needed someone to attend me and explain everything to me since it my first time immigating , i needed them to check if it is not a **** and even call UK Embassy just to find out. please advise as I am afraid many others might fall into the same trap as me. i feel we need more advise as citizens and more awareness when it comes to overseas recruitment ****s. I am so disappointed as i thought these people would assist me.</p>
